We deliver products Australia-wide using Star Track and Australia Post. Estimated delivery times depend on the service selected, as outlined below. All orders are subject to a 24-hour handling time.

Free Shipping

FREE shipping applies to metropolitan areas only. Outer metropolitan areas, smaller cities, far north QLD, and rural areas attract an additional charge.

Delivery Services

Star Track

  • Air Express: 1-2 days
  • Road Express: 3-4 days

Australia Post

  • Standard Postage: 5-7 days
  • Express Postage: 1-2 days (conditions apply – please check the Australia Post website)

We recommend using your business address as the delivery address for reliable delivery. Alternatively, you may select Authority to Leave (ATL) during checkout, allowing your package to be left as instructed or in a safe location.

Bulky Items

For bulky items, we determine the most economical delivery method and notify the customer of the selected service.

Postage Insurance

Postage insurance is available for an additional charge, payable before orders are shipped. All orders are shipped with the carrier’s standard insurance cover. If extra cover is required, please notify us via email or phone.

Back Orders

Backorders typically take 4-12 weeks, and in some cases, longer depending on the item(s). A cancellation fee of 25% applies for backorders.

Authority to Leave (ATL) Terms & Conditions

By agreeing to provide ATL, we instruct the courier to leave your parcel at your premises according to your instructions. Please note that drivers may not require a signature and may deliver without knocking.

The parcel is considered received once left at your premises.

Car Toys Australia, and contractors associated with delivery, are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from ATL deliveries. By using ATL, you release Car Toys Australia from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from this delivery method.

If ATL is not selected, someone must be present at the premises to accept delivery. Failure to be present will result in a redelivery charge of $16.50.
