Thank you for shopping with Car Toys Australia. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Backorders

All backorders attract a 25% restocking and administration fee.

Backorders may take up to 6 months depending on the item(s). Please contact us prior to purchase if you require the item within a specific timeframe.

Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.
  • A 20% handling and restocking fee applies.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
  • All approved returns are issued as store credit, less handling and restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. You will be notified of the status of your refund after inspection.

If approved, refunds will be issued as store credit.

All refunds are the total purchase amount LESS any merchant fees charged and postage costs.

Exchanges

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Any price difference must be paid in full.
  • If the price difference is in your favour, the balance will be refunded within 14 days to your original payment method.

  • Electronic items
  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Discontinued items

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items must be securely packaged. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  • Car Toys Australia is not responsible for lost or damaged return goods.

Warranty

Car Toys Australia is an authorised distributor for all brands we sell. Manufacturer warranties are passed on to the customer.

We will process warranty claims with suppliers on your behalf to ensure a smooth process.

Warranty does not cover items deemed misused, altered, abused, incorrectly installed, or not used for their intended purpose.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify correct part compatibility prior to installation.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to all products sold. Please refer to the manufacturer’s website for full warranty details.

Some aftermarket products may void part or all of your vehicle manufacturer’s warranty. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify this prior to installation.

Car Toys Australia is not liable for any damage to your vehicle resulting from installation of aftermarket parts purchased from us.

Warranty Claim Procedures

  • DO NOT send goods back before contacting us.
  • All warranty returns require a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
  • Warranty claims do not include labour or installation costs.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
